Celebrate the Spookiest Holiday of the Year in Los Angeles!
This incredible free event is held from 6:00pm until 11:00pm on the night of Halloween each year and does not require any tickets. The event includes bar-hopping and Halloween parties taking place on and near Santa Monica Blvd. between La Cienega Blvd. and N. Doheny Dr. First-time attendees are often recommended to go check out The Abbey. Bars nearby allow festival-goers to party after the festival itself wraps up.
Unfortunately for pets and children, the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval in Los Angeles is not family-friendly in nature. Items like camera bags, totes, and backpacks are not allowed; it is required that event attendees place their items in clear plastic bags. Additionally, neither drinking nor purchasing alcohol in the street are allowed. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are recommended, as is setting your destination a few blocks from Santa Monica Blvd. and walking to the festival.
